One California survey found that 73% of lawyers would not recommend a law career to their children.  Another survey found that 30% of associates at large firms leave within their first year, 40% by their third year, and 60% by their fifth year.  In general, the dissatisfaction rate among lawyers is higher than almost any other profession.

If you are interested in career coaching, please contact us to schedule a confidential discussion.  The initial discussion is free-of-charge, with the objective of getting to know a bit about you.  During this first conversation you tell us about yourself, your goals, your dreams, your aspirations, your frustrations in your current job and your future career objectives.

After this initial discussion we will make a joint decision as to whether or not career coaching would be beneficial for you at this stage in your life.

If we decide it makes sense to work together, then just like any athletic coach we would work to create a plan for success.  This plan could include the use of tools such as the MBTI® assessment and/or the revised Strong Interest Inventory® assessment. 

Our career coaches are certified to administer and interpret the results of these assessments and will consult with you to insure that you fully understand the results and implications. 

We can also work with you to develop a fitness program to help you reduce stress and improve self-confidence.  These are just a few examples of the various ways in which we have worked with clients.
