Corporate Philanthropy

Corporate Philanthropy

Lighthouse Legal Search is dedicated to giving back to our local and global communities each year.  After every placement we will give a portion of our fees to a nonprofit organization or educational institution.  Lighthouse legal search wants to help our clients, our candidates and the world at large.  Simply put, corporate philanthropy and community involvement makes Lighthouse Legal Search employees feel good about the work we do each and every day.

This year we plan to give to the following organizations:

Local:

  • Head Royce’s Heads Up Program : Oakland, CA
  • Providing underserved middle school students of color from the Oakland Unified School District with challenging and enriching educational programs to prepare them for academic success and help them develop an appreciation for community and civic responsibility.
  • California State Bar Diversity Scholarship Fund
  • Supporting incoming law students from groups historically underrepresented in the legal profession in the critical first year of law school.

National:

  • Team In Training (TNT), The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS)
  • Charity sports training program that has reached a remarkable milestone of raising $1 billion to support blood
    cancer research and patient services.

International:

  • The Clinton Bush Haiti relief fund
  • Run by former Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton and was created at the behest of President Obama. They oversee the CBHF through their respective nonprofit organizations, the William J. Clinton Foundation and Communities Foundation of Texas.

We want to help our local neighborhood as well as the world at large and we invite our clients and candidates to guide us to any organizations or charities that they believe we should support.
